It’s a fully renewed fisherman's beach cabin. The house is literally at the beach, where you can enjoy the ocean and the clear sand of Costa da Caparica. This Fisherman’s Cabin is fully equiped. Inside, there are 2 bedrooms at floor level and another 2 attic bedrooms. The living room is spacious with a lot of natural light, the kitchen brand new and fully equipped as well. The 2 bathrooms have cabin showers and all necessary amenities. Outside, there is spacious deck and lounge area with tables, chairs and a shower. Sea is a few metres away. There is also Serra da Arrábida 30 minutes away, an wonderful sea-side natural park The parking lot is located near the house at beach entrance. There is a "beach train" during summer months that goes through all the beaches. Supermaket 5 minutes away by car. There are also good restaurantes near by, including some at the beach with-in walking distance. Lisbon is 20 minutes away by car, wich makes it very easy to access.
